The Lighthouse Group “virtual consulting firm” business model provides a number of key advantages to our clients.

First, the Lighthouse Group network consists of experienced executives, subject matter experts, individual consultants, boutique consulting firms and academics.

Second, the Lighthouse Group's focus is on the development of internal capabilities and organizational value improvement. Our goal to help your organization develop long term sustainability not dependence on external consultants.

Third, we realize your organization might not have the internal expertise needed to significantly improve in the short term. Based on our experience in turnaround situations, we have developed an alliance with an organization (Global Talent Acquistion) to help provide the needed expertise via interim personnel. Most individuals are over 50 with tremendous experience who will work full time as contract employees for periods as short as two weeks and as long as two years.

Fourth, in special cases senior level executives can be retained for a few days each month to help lead/drive specific projects, organizational improvement efforts and/or work with your senior leadership team.

Ron is an ASQ certified: Quality Engineer - CQE, Reliability Engineer - CRE, Six Sigma Black Belt - SSBB, Quality Auditor - CQA, and ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence.
